Mentor network
Edugild mentors are founders, operators, investors and faculty who have built things — and are willing to sit with a 20-year-old at 9pm on a Tuesday. Every team gets an operator-mentor plus a domain specialist. real mentors needed
The model
Each Edugild team is matched with two mentors. One is an operator-mentor — someone who has built and shipped in your category. The other is a domain specialist — a professor, researcher, or senior practitioner with deep vertical knowledge.
Weekly 60-minute sessions during the active sprint. Office hours and Slack access between. Post-program, most teams continue meeting their mentors monthly for a year.
